If your personalized product is different than how it is pictured or described on our site, we will gladly refund your money. In addition, if the personalization is not the way you approved it, we will refund your money without question.

Kathy’s Kreations is not responsible for errors on product personalization inputs. Photo evidence may be required for refund purposes. Refunds will not be issued due to misread product description.

Customers will have 15 days after delivery to contact Kathy’s Kreations regarding a return. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 7 days. Simply email us at KreationsbyKatNV@gmail.com
